I really don't like bowling. But its fun with friends. Haha. We all went bowling for Heather's birthday. The boys decided it would be fun to dress ridiculously with bow ties and suspenders. They just looked.. well, ridiculous. Haha. The lady at the bowling alley hated us. She was SO MEAN. God bless her. Anyway, I lost. Hard. But oh well. That last picture is me. Tyler always has to take a picture of me because he wants me to feel included. I always say that I'm really okay with not being in pictures. But he insists. So that is the outcome. I had a really good night though. I love my friends. :)

The Rescue

Kylie locked herself in my parents room while they were out. It only took her one minute to accomplish that. Its amazing what children can do when you turn your back. She was so scared in there alone, so I ran to the back and tried to find an open window. Thank goodness one of them was cracked open. It took me forever to pry the screen out, but I finally got it. Kylie was crying and scared. The poor baby. I got her out and handed her to my sister, then I went back in to open my parents door. She thought I was going to get stuck in there like she did and she started crying even harder. Thats her crying for me in the last picture. It was so sad! But I came running around the back again and she ran into my arms. And then we lived happily ever after. 

Lights

Well, I took these a long time ago, but I found it fitting to finally post them because its nearly Christmas! I wasn't going to post them only because this has been done before so many times, but I wanted to give it a try. I really like how they came out :)

What To Do

It's about time for a new post huh? I love how it's getting colder in California now! Except today it got to be about 70 degrees at one point. It didn't last long though. I'm happy classes are ending soon and I get to see my friends again. I'm trying to go to Europe to visit all my friends.. My cousin in London, my best friend in Sweden, and another amazing friend in the Faroe Islands. Kylie and I will have an amazing time I think! Of course its going to be ridiculously hard with a toddler, but I might not have a chance to do this again. I've always wanted to travel, and right now is the perfect time. Wish me luck!

Fall Days

I always take picture of her in this sweater haha. Shes just so freakin cute I cant stand it. We had fun playing in the leaves. Both of our noses turned red so we went back inside and she helped me make hot coco. Then we watched the Little Mermaid together and when she fell asleep for her nap, I did my homework. Haha I love Christmas time! I have a whole wishlist for Kylie on myregistry.com! Just search my name "Bethany Struble" and the wishlist will show up! American Music Awards

Well, this is a bit late. I took these pictures at the rehearsals for the American Music Awards. I wasn't allowed to post these pictures until after the show had aired, but then I forgot about them. Haha. My sister and I watched everyone rehearse the day before the show. Its crazy how much preparation goes into these shows!

 My dad is actually the music director for the show. He writes the music that plays when the show cuts to commercial and when the talent is walking up on stage to receive an award and stuff. They're just short bits of music. I help my dad out and write a lot of the cues. Because I'm not legally hired, he has to put me as the cowriter. But its awesome to hear my music on TV! I guess the old man is alright haha. But I really enjoy going to the rehearsals not just to see the talent rehearse, but to go backstage and into "the box" as the guys call it. "The Box" is where they control everything. The director has one side where he calls the camera shots and does whatever else he does, and the sound guys have the other side.

The sound guys are all so funny! They all sit around and joke with each other. They taught me about all the things they do last year, so this year we were just visiting and laughing. :) I asked them what they thought of Ke$ha because she had just rehearsed, and immediately one of the guys said "I left" followed by another comment, "not my cup of tea." Ahahaha my sister and I were laughing so hard. They have to sit in that little box for a long time, poor guys.

Anyway, that last picture of me is awful, but I put it up because I think its funny. If you're wondering why there are pictures of the stars strapped to the seats, here is the answer: they set the camera to go on their place before the show, so they mark the seats they are going to be sitting in with a cardboard sign. Kinda cool. :)

I don't know what else to say. I'm really bad at writing haha I apologize for my run on sentences and grammar mistakes. Oh well. Cant wait til next year!

Energy That I Don't Have

When my friend Colin is around, I barely have to do anything. He wont let me hold Kylie when he has her. Haha Its nice to have a friend with so much energy..I definitely don't have enough. He was climbing into the tubes with Kylie and going down the slide. They had a lot of fun. Here are some pictures. Life is good. :)
