Morning Routine

     I think its important to have a positive, early start to the day.
     I take a few moments for myself and my skin, write in my journal,
     drink lots of tea and spend time with my daughter and the new pup.

Holiday

     Holiday party dressing has never been my best event.
     This is where my trusted blouse and maroon coated
     jeans come in. I also found this scarf at Old Navy. I
     was going to give it as a gift to a friend, but ended up
     keeping it for myself because I couldn't let go of it. I'm
     probably on the naughty list for that one!

Tied Up

     I remember having a cardigan of every color
     in my closet. They were slowly passed down to
     my sisters, but they were really convenient when I
     needed a little bit of warmth or a pop of color under
     another jacket. I'm slowly building up my cardigan
     collection again and this one from Old Navy is my
     favorite right now. Its just long enough so it'll peek
     out under a jacket and it's so easy to throw on for
     the not-so-cold fall days in California.

Color Elixir

     I've teamed up with Refinery 29 and Maybelline to show you
     the new Color Elixir lip gloss. I chose the Fuchsia Flourish
     because it's something different and surprisingly wearable.
     I paired it with a brown eyeliner and just a little highlighter
     on my lids for a simple makeup look..just my usual makeup
     routine with a little pop of pink. The Color Elixirs are really
     saturated so I only had to use one coat on my lips. Check out

Sweater Season

     Its finally sweater season in LA. Well, sort of.
     We're still able to wear mini skirts and opened toed
     shoes if you choose to do so.
     I'm loving the selection of sweaters at Old Navy right
     now. They have embellished ones but also really
     simple layering pieces that are perfect for the
     cool weather. Of course I keep it simple with a
     neutral color sweater and my trusted leather skirt.
     The tote is also from Old Navy, and it'll be my every
     day bag this fall. And yes, the fact that my necklace

Skinnies and Booties

     I love coated jeans for fall. I have about 20 pairs I think at this point. 

     These ones from Old Navy are going to get worn a ton this fall.

     I honestly wear most days, so this was an easy one for me! Throw

Hues of Fall

     Hey guys! So each month I'll be given a clothing theme

     DENIM! I love a good denim on denim look but the white denim
